  • Ben Gwynne – ION4 12.5 gete me going in very little, keeps me scared in 25mph and doesn’t stop for rain.
  • Nicolas Mertens – 6,5 cuz it’s the most versatile
  • Arend Geerlings – Laws are to be broken….so I would break the One kite rule ASAP and keep all my Z3 kites…..
  • Eric Schuch – I use a 3 mtr flow and 5 mtr buster as my most used kites so would go for a 4 mtr flow or blurr to go in the middle
  • Simon Jeffery – it would to be 6m Z2 for me love this kite!!!!!
  • Dave Roberts – 8.5 VIP there’s other kites?
  • Jason Hough  –4 m access and pray for 50mph+
  • Nick TheTog Horler – I would of said my 5.5 Raptor 2  back in the bad old day’s but I dont own one now!!! So its got to be my 6.1 U-Turn Nitro …
  • Richard Gaughan – 4 meter Brooza.  It’s what I first got going in a buggy with (borrowed) and it’s what I turn to time after time after time.
  • Andrew AutoBuddy Jones – My 7 m frenzy.. not got the New 5 m ultralight yet… But it would be one or the other
  • Mark Sherlock – Thats a harsh law Carl, I can keep a single Vapor but only got out in a very narrow window of wind or pick something like a Flysurfer and go out in a massive range of winds. How about I keep my full set of Vapors in matching colours but only have one set of lines and handles and only ever have one kite out at a time, it worked with my mrs lol
  • Carlos Fandango –The one Kite is the Rule…..probably a race kite is not the best option under this rule….
I would have to pick my old faithful 6m Access
  • Karen Cartlidge – Not my fave kite, but the most allrounder if i can only have 1 …. 10m PL V2. 12-35mph land fun. buggy, board, surf, snow. Clean winds, gusty winds, inland or beach. Experience flyers, cruisers, freestylers, newbys or rehab. 1 kite suits all 🙂
  • Carlos Fandango – This is the thing…its not about your favourite kite….its all about the one you will have the most fun with
  • Mark Sherlock – You’re too cruel Carl, OK I think it will have to be a Flysurfer Speed 3 15m to get the widest wind range possible cuz thats the only criteria that matters. But please dont make me go depower :o( I could be persuaded to swap for a new Phantom if the bottom end is better than my V2 13m
  • Karen Cartlidge – It does, but I’d recommend the 15m since it comes with 3m extensions so 2 kites for the price of 1 🙂 (& if you havent flown it yet think more the 15 the feel of the old 12 rather than the 15 – I never liked the old 15, it was just a tank!) 🙂
  • Mark Sherlock – John Eaton had one at Pembrey earlier this year but I was too busy with the racing to get a go, I will make sure I find time next time cuz it looked great fun :o)
  • Nick Thompson – Would have to be the Speed 3 15 Dlx great wind range great speed really easy to fly and can be used for just about any discipline.
  • Andrew AutoBuddy Jones – Aye .. def need a bash on a new phanny but my history with arcs isn’t good.
  • Stuart Mackay – 11m century for me  great freestyle and race kite
  • Richard Miller – 12m Phantom I. Nice wind range, plenty of maneuverablity and plenty of power to get you rolling in a hurry! I just love all my phantoms.
  • Matt Cook –16m vapor
  • Tom Routh – 8.5 tinacoa mk2
  • Garry Box – Would go old school with a spider modulus. Pile of c*** by todays standards but usefull in its day
  • Steve Warren – 8 m access
  • Martin Smith – Guess if it came to it I’d go back to how I started Flexibuggy and Flexifoil Skytiger26
  • Carlos Urtiaga – My Razor 4.5m. Always keeps me smiling!!!!
  • Craig Hansen – 13 Mt Venom II And move to Mauritania about hear, where there is plenty of space no fences no trees and heaps of wind all year. LINK
  • Eugene Visser – 7m Ozone Haka, solid low fuss kite.
  • Giacomo Cafaggi  -blade IV 4.9
  • Wayne Carkeek – 5m method or 3m method
  • Al Noblet – 3.5m PETERLYNN N-gen…….never a dull moment
  • Thomas Mulligan – If it’s just one kite then I’ll take high wind sessions over low wind ones The 7m Genetrix Hydra has a wind range of 22mph-63mph on the water. On land and in a heavy bug this can be extended further still. I’ve already had 64.5mph from it just 2 weeks ago in 40-45mph winds  with the depower trim at only half way. This kite currently holds the world speed sailing record. Bring on the truly nuclear winds!
  • Kitezone Muriwai – Most likely my Ozone 7m Frenzy it’s the best thing since sliced bread ,well at least it is for freestyle, kite biking, land boarding  and snow kiting 🙂  But what about the 40 or so kites in the garage !
  • Richard Truckie Willis – 3m mosquito pro, it’s my favourite & it’s the one I will always try, no matter how hard I have to work it 😉
  • David Wilmer – 3m custom brooza cos it looks sweet !!!!
  • John Jones –3.4m predator mk1, great fun to fly
  • Bobby Muse – HQ Montana VII 9.5m.  Broad wind range and it’s fast and stable.
  • Pete Gough – I will keep my blurr 5m….just in case I need it to drag the Mrs away!!! Never to be seen again!!! lol..Thats why I keep it all rigged on a 5 minutes READY!!!
  • Robin Cook – 4.5 Razor, can use it in real low wind and get traction with clever flying but when the wind starts hitting high teens the smiles keep on coming. By far the most used of the set for me.
  • Bobby Muse –I’ve had trouble deciding, but would have to keep the trusted 9.5m HQ Montana.  It is the kite and size that would cover my most commonly found conditions.   Always a great ride.
  • Martin Cooke – My trusty old Radsail Pro 4m, it’s so easy and forgiving to fly, it sits nicely in the zone and to me it’s an old friend
  • Jaap Tanis – My HQ Beamer IV 4.0 because it’s so reliable.
