42 The Swan neck is made from three sections of 60mm by 40mm stainless as per layout

41 To make a swan neck correctly, you need some sort of layout, to get the geometry correct. In this case seeing as I cannot use a CAD program I have drawn a full scale lay out on a piece of hardboard
43 The box section comes with a grianed surface, all these lines will be buffed out later.
