PTW Cougars

After learning the basics, I wanted a buggy that I could make people if they wanted one, I started with the the Cougar Buggy, and then offerd a brushed finish to kite buggiers, that finish being much cheaper, these buggies would become known as the Cougar 2s, the smaller barrow version being the Cub and the upgraded side rails being the Cougar 2.5, there is infact a Cougar 3 with a full leading link and also a 2 wheeled Cougar Kite Bike.
