Make a Kite Buggy Towing Device

I often get asked about making a towing device, This is a simple but very good towing device, it simply hooks over the foot pegs of the trailing buggy.

You will need a tow plate on the leading buggy, but if not just adapt the end to fit the rear axle of the lead buggy
